I'm a dependent student and I've just started filling out fafsa/need access (haven't gone thru the whole thing yet).
I'm dependent so I've never filed an income tax and my parents haven't filed their income taxes yet (probably be done by the end of this month).

Do I need the parental information to finish fafsa/need access?
Can it be just estimates or should I wait until my parents file the report to have an accurate numbers?

Also, I've tried to look for all the schools I've applied but could only find some on the Need Access school list. Is Need Access for only some schools?

Use estimated amounts and then go back and update them once they are finalized.

Every school does it differently - some do not require FAFSA or Need Access unless you are applying for need-based aid, and others do not even accept Need Access.
