Need Access

Hi guys! So I started filling out the Need Access form in November (just to see what the questions were like). I tried to log in today, since it's the first day of the year, and my old application (which from what I understand only applies to last year) is the only available option. Am I missing something? Does the new form come out later in 2014?

The form doesn't seem to be loaded onto the site yet. The office was off today for the holiday (based on someone else's attempt to contact them), and they'll probably put it up when they return.
