Do I Have to Report Step-Parents with FAFSA and Need Access?

I have a question, both of my parents don't make much money, but my mother remarried a few years ago and my step-father makes a decent amount of money. I have not lived with them for several years, but I still have to report my parents' finances for the FAFSA/Need Access. That being said, do I have to include my stepfather's finances?

Yes, but it changes from school to school how heavily they weigh the stepparent's income and how they treat mutually held household assets.
