Unfortunately almost certainly bad news coming up in 2014,15,16 as the interest rate rises, the fact that the cap is over 9% is pretty worrying.

other countries allow you go to university for free,

in this country tuition is insane, and the only way to pay for it is through loans from the federal government, of which they make a nice little profit.
