Yes, though every school gives out merit aid. And with those stats you could probably get into higher school than GULC..

Aim higher bro. GULC is also a bit stingy. Northwestern and Duke would give $30K/yr for you (potentially more). These schools have substantially better employment. You'll also be in at CCN, but probably not with a significant scholarship. Still Id take NYU with like $25K/yr over georgetown full ride.
