Financial need hls/sls/yls

If you are under the age of 26 (100% parent contribution), what is the maximum amount your parents can make before you are disqualified from any need fellowship? 100,000, 200,000....?

Don't know about about SLS/YLS, but Harvard goes fairly in depth on this page:

From the site:
Please note that if your parents' income exceeds $150,000 there is a low likelihood that you will qualify for HLS Grant assistance
or $180,000 if you have siblings in college. HTH.
