Need Based Aid. How much?????

Does anyone know the max amount of need based aid the following schools give out:
UCLA
Boston College
Davis
Cornell
Let's also assume EFC = $0. Personal experiences are welcomed

Reveived 10k from UCLA. Dean Schwartz had told me the maximum amount is 20k, but your personal maximum can be affected by merit aid.

That is a one year amount at UCLA, must reapply each year.
