When are you informed of scholarship offers?

Are scholarship offers always given with the first issuance of acceptance? (Email, phone, etc?)

I got an email giving me an acceptance to a law program, and there is no mention of a scholarship. Does this mean I am not initially being offered one?

Different schools do it differently. A lot of schools give it at the outset, some schools hand out acceptances and then look at all the admits for scholarship consideration, some schools will even hand out scholarships to people that didn't get any in the first round later in the cycle. If you are serious about the school it won't hurt for you to call them and ask how they handle scholarships and if you are going to be considered for one.

Thanks very much, your reply said everything I needed to hear.

I will now handle this with a bit more composure. This is exciting! :D
