Does anyone know of any people who received full rides to any part-time programs?

I know some schools do consider part-time applicants for merit-based awards, but haven't really heard of people getting full rides, at least for tuition.

Checking in. At first they said I had to go full time in order to receive the scholarship, but after some negotiation they said part time would work too.
