I'm sure I've seen a similar thread on here, but I can't find it.

I have an estimated budget and I low-balled it. If I end up needing to take more out, how do I do that and is there a time limit in which I must do so?

You can take out more later so long as that amount doesn't exceed the school's estimated COA.

Still, you should send an email to your school's financial aid office to get a picture on when and how to request this later.
