Anybody can recommend just general scholarships that aren't related to URMs or gays, etc.

I really do believe that those whites who are truly "disadvantaged" should get more attention, but few whites would qualify as disadvantaged the way so many people of color do. I don't know if you qualify, but if you do I wish you good luck in your search for funds.
