What kind of scholarship could a 169 LSAT, 2 year service mission (fluent in mandarin), and 3.71 gpa in finance get me? Would it be worth the extra debt to go to Cornell over UW if I want to work in WA or CA?
Edit: I should mention that I live in Washington, so I would be getting in state tuition.

Start poking around in there.
The only way to know what kind of offer you will get is to apply to those schools. I assume you have already done this so now it's just time to wait. If you want to practice here in CA, go to a school here in CA. If you want WA, UW is a fine choice.
