If you have a fulltuition scholarship and only plan on taking loans for COL is there any point to filling out a fafsa? Where do most people take their COL loans from?

FAFSA is guaranteed money... my UG school rebates what ever is left over to me.. so I would do the fafsa and take the GOVT loan at the lower interest rate myself
