Need Access Form

What's the Need Access Form? My parents paid my undergraduate tuition and living costs, so I have absolutely no idea how this works.citygirl000 wrote:Quick question:

edit: I just looked at it... so some schools use it and some don't? It's for FAFSA? It's NOT free?!
