Negotiating W&L money for W&M

Hey all,
I was offered 40k/year at Washington and Lee but as far as I know, I was not offered any money at William and Mary. Would emailing William and Mary (and possibly Fordham) informing them of my Washington and Lee scholarship help at all? If so, what should I say in the email?
