This has probably been asked before, but if one was to take out private loans for Law School, would one be able to file bankruptcy and get rid of those loans?

nope..thats one of the exceptions for bankruptcy, can't get rid of educational loans

Thank you. I didn't know if that only applied to federal educational loans. Thanks for clearing that up.
