outside scholarships international students are eligible for

Are there any outside scholarships that international students are eligible for?
My undergrad has one law school bound scholly, and (I don't know if this is still true) some law schools have smaller grants from alum that you can apply to separately that a practicing lawyer was telling me about. There are probably some for like curly haired red heads with heritage dating back to the revolution somewhere as well.
