Top Law Schools

I tried searching for this but couldn't really find a direct answer, but please feel free to link.

I'm currently filling out my 2012-2013 Need Access form as I've been told that it's important to get this in early. However, obviously I haven't heard from all my schools yet. Should I include schools I haven't heard from but have applied to in this list or is there a way to go back and add schools later?

Q - How many schools can I submit to?
You can choose up to 16 schools to start. You can always add more schools later with no additional fee.

But should I choose schools I've yet to be accepted to?

ETA: I guess it doesn't matter since I can always add more schools later. Thanks!
