biglaw firms pay for LLM

I read on TaxTalent that a tax LLM is not a good idea if youre already in biglaw unless the firm pays for it. Anyone have insights on which firms pay for it and what kind of hoops the attorneys have to jump through in order for the firm to recoup their investment in the attorney's education?
