I've seen college newspaper ads offering $20K+ for eggs, but they essentially demand the donor to be a HYS supermodel, preferably with blue eyes & blonde hair. No oldies or fatties. Would these snobby couples want your eggs? (Not a rhetorical question; I'm not assuming they wouldn't.)

If you have your own kids later, it'd be creepy to think that they could end up unknowingly dating their half-siblings. You could make the same amount of money or more by getting a great LSAT score, which would mean $$ in scholarships.

Maybe men are only a real father if they are married to the woman?
Maybe only if the sperm was delivered naturally.
Maybe fatherhood is a social convention.

Yes.
I've never done it, but I have a friend who has. She had to get hormone shots to help increase her egg production. As you can imagine, it made her very emotional and irritable. Also, you can't have sex during the process because you're obviously extremely fertile during that time. I personally wouldn't want to deal with additional hormones during law school, but if you think the pay and good deed is worth the risks, you might want to look into doing so the summer prior to starting law school.

Doesn't it only pay like $10K? Seems like a lot to go through to cover not even 1/18th of your total cost of attendance.

But, has anyone gone through this or considered it as well?

I looked into it, where I live its 4-8K your first time and possibly more after that depending on if it resulted in a baby for the donor couple.

The cycle is about 3 months and involves giving yourself hormone injections in the stomach every day.

It seemed like way too much risk and trouble for the small payout so I didn't go through with it.

meh. That's not enough money for me to inject myself daily with hormones, have my eggs taken out by a needle in my vagina and then not being able to have sex the whole time.

I looked into it as well. It's not worth it for me to put my health at risk with various fertility drugs (read conflicting studies). My new plan to reduce law school costs is to become an RA in an undergrad dorm.

If a woman without a boyfriend or SO cannot give up sex for 3 months for 10K, then they are ......... not wifey material.
