Stipend

I know "full-ride" usually means free tuition. How commonly do schools also pay for, or help with, living expenses?

Very rarely. Only certain schools give out stipends and they are few and far between and don't give it to that many students.

Akron is giving stipends to anyone and everyone! Free stipends for all!
