Top Law Schools

I received a letter from GradPlus saying that they approved me for "a" loan based on my credit report, but it didn't say anything about the amount. It also said that the school still had to approve. Is this normal? Its been a week and a half since I've received the letter and still no word from the school. How often does it occur where one entity approves and the other doesnt? Sorry if this post is elementary, but this is my first time applying for the loan and I don't have the greatest credit so im a bit worried.

If I remember correctly, this is how the process works. They approve you for whatever your school's COA is.
