requesting more money, the financial aid office or the admissions office? Seems like a silly question, but since the admissions office puts out scholarship offers, I thought I should make sure.

I have found success addressing it to the person that signed my original scholarship/acceptance letter. In my case, it has been the same person both times. If not, probably the general admissions email I guess.
