How Common are Living Stipends?

Has anyone received tuition + living stipends from law schools?

Even with a "full ride" law school COA is still ~$50,000 depending on where you live.

Any information would be helpful. Thanks

From what I understand, only a few schools offer them, and those schools are in expensive cities (George Washington in DC, Cardozo in NY) and the living stipend usually only returns cost to around average.

Could be wrong about all that, though.

Thanks,

I would be especially interested in low T2/TTT schools. With a 162/3.4 those are the only schools I could get them from.

Anyone know of full COA scholarships from those?

I received a 4k/yr living stipend on top of the full-ride I got at my local T3. It's not in a big city though.

It definitely depends on where the school is located, but there seems to be schools where $40k (maybe even a little less) in COL is doable on a tight budget.

Really? I'm very interested in Howard University. They waitlisted me when I had a 157 and I'm going to reapply in another cycle.

How much do they give for living stipends? Do you know of any specific examples?
