Question About BU

I will be paying for law school without help from my family. I sent in the student part of the Fafsa and now received a request for my parents portion. I also have to submit the student access report as well. If I am eligible, will I still get merit scholarship information before all of the other information is submitted? And, do my parents tax returns have to be submitted before I even elect to attend? Thanks in advance!
