I think UVa has one scholarship that comes with a stipend.

So its one or two per school?

As a rule would a T30-50 offer a stipend to a student with HYS numbers, or only in the rare case?

bump. i'd like to know if T1 (and outside the T14) stipends are unicorns or not. Anyone have any anecdotes?

I think GWU has a stipend program for their EA applicants, I could be mistaken though.

there's at least 5 at Vanderbilt

University ofalabama has one for their deans scholarship. Full tuition and stipends of 2k per year if you are out of state and 4k if you are in state.

Oh also, don't the full Darrows at Michigan have a stipend for the first year? I could be dreaming this up though...

I have heard through the grapevine that Univ of Chicago has given a substantial stipend ( think 2 years living expenses) to some of the Rubenstein recipiants. If this is the case it means a virtually free ride for all three years.Can someone confirm this? Thanks

For 1L summer if you do public interest work, yes. Although I think this thread is about a different kind of stipend, like the scholarship kind?

Chicago Kent does something called honors scholars; comes with a 10k per year stipend. It is a pretty good program.
