If you enroll part time, can you secure the entire 20k/year from stafford?

I believe you are allowed to borrow up to the cost of attendance, which even for a part time program, should be over 20K. Typically they figure living expenses, etc., to be somewhere in the 20K neighborhood on their own.

But Stafford is capped per year.
