Need Access Parent Question

So I'm a little bit confused by the Parent section of the Need Access application. Can someone let me know if I got this right?
My parents don't live with me and are both alive, so I filled out my parent section like this:
Did I do it right? Am I all done with parental info now?

IIRC, isn't there a separate part of the Need Access that parents have to fill out themselves?

There is, but if only if you have "Father [or Mother]... in Household"

I'm pretty sure they are considering you a part of the same household as your parents and are asking if either your dad or mom are in that household. I'm pretty sure you have to fill out parental info for need access. I'm getting this from other need access threads on this forum
