Common lawyer salary question

What are the salaries of lawyers who are working corporate law in a not-so-big city such as Toronto. I don't want to get into big law so I'm curious about the salaries of not-so-big law. What does the starting salary look like? After 5 years? After 10 years? After 15 years? After 20 years? After 25 years? Also, how do the salaries of this type of lawyer compare to the salaries of an equivilant worker in the field of business (such as a marketing manager maybe)?

You can look on NALP and find info on firms in different cities, including starting salaries.
