Is it necessary, even if you received a fee waiver from LSAC, to apply for fee waivers online with each law school one applies to? Can I just call them and request a fee waiver based on LSAC's decision?

You don't need to ask for one. Your fee is waived through LSAC so when you submit your apps it'll say that your fee is waived (but you still have to pay the $12 report fee).

Oh ok sounds good. Those report fees are going to add up. Thanks for your help.

They will, but ($12) x (15 apps) is still far better than ($12 + $75) x (15 apps).

Very true and well my list is at 10. Did you mention 15 arbitrarily or is it commonplace to apply 15 as opposed to 10?

I just picked 15 because it made a bigger total difference than 10. I think between 5-10 total is normal. I applied to 30, but I was definitely an outlier.
