Top Law Schools

I just received my "living expenses" money for the semester, and my payment was missing my Perkins loan. I don't know about everyone else, but the info for the Perkins (including the promissory note) came much later than all of my other loans -- only about a week ago or so.

Does anyone know when the Perkins loan is granted/distributed? Anyone else having issues with this?
