In the examples I have read on here of people's scholarship negotiation letters, they all attached their scholarship offers. However, 2 of the 3 I received were by email. I scanned in the lone hard one obviously, but what do you all suggest I do with the other 2?

I considered taking screenshots of the emails, but wouldn't that look doctored? I guess you could forward the email, but they would probably be irritated by such inundation.

Thoughts?

I would also like to know how others have done this.

Printscreen, crop out the letter with the e-mail address from the school verifying that they sent it, and the actual award letter

then attach with the name of the file indicating that it is an e-mail letter

I cut and pasted the other offers into the body of an e-mail, below my message. I made sure to include the e-mail address/contact info of the person that sent me the offer.

If the university that you are forwarding the offers to has questions, or suspects that your forwarded e-mails have been altered they will follow-up with the other schools.

Would any of you guys be kind enough to send me your negotiation letters? Guide me to a place that has words regarding the conventions of such letters? I would greatly appreciate the help.

In my negotiation letters I just told them what my offers were... Unless they ask for proof, I don't think you need to worry about it. If they do ask for proof, I'd just forward the email.

Print the offer email to a PDF file and attach it to your negotiation email.
