Top Law Schools

I'm married, with two kids counting toward the 2010-2011 FAFSA. My wife is about 1/2 way through a PT masters, and I'll hopefully be starting LS next year. I just filled out our FAFSAs and we had two different EFCs (about $1k apart)... even though all the information was virtually identical. Any thoughts on what variables could account for this? If I can, I'd like to fight one or both of them down (even though they're already pretty low).

Did she (assuming she filed first) say there would be two people in college full-time?

*edit...I just noticed the PT masters...maybe this has something to do with it since I think you get aid if at least half time, but I could have sworn the other question asked about full-time?

I don't know, I haven't actually compared, but I would have guessed they'd be the same.
