I'm in the same boat and mine have been submitted. I contacted the school (Ole Miss) and they said it was perfectly normal to do so. Good luck!

Almost every school I contacted said that you do not need to file any financial aid forms (and in some cases said that it wasn't recommended) before you are admitted. For example, U Chicago has a February 1st deadline for Need Access. I got in 2/5, and I called up the financial aid office. I was told that the February 1st deadline applies to students who were already accepted, and that I was fine as long as I got it in soon after I was accepted. So sure, you can file stuff before you are accepted, but I don't think there is any penalty for not doing so, since these deadlines seem to only apply for students who were already admitted.
