I'm sorry to ask this too but where do I need to sign?

I live abroad so I need to send equivalent for tax return and I'm afraid there is no place for me to sign in my country's version.

Also, do I need to sign both mine and my parents'? Or do my parents need to sign theirs?


It's not a flame or anything. I really need your help. It's due on the 1st of March and I'd better hurry since it'll take long time through international mailing system.

Assuming non US citizen/permanent resident/legal resident......

Are you working? If so then do you file/pay taxes in the country you live in? If so, then all you need to do is send them a copy of your 2009 tax documents.

If you are not working, simply find out if they request your parents tax info as not all law schools require that info.

BTW - what country?

Not sure, but you could probably just sign and date anywhere you have space to do so on the copy of the return. I doubt your parents need to sign it.

Edit: Why don't you just email the schools and ask them?
