As a URM with those stats I'd say you should get at least 1 of HYS if not more, and in easily at t6.

You can almost assume a full ride at one or more of MVPN as well and I encourage you to include that financial difference in your calculus.

Not in the slightest. Late September is still really early.

You're in at multiple T6s with $$$. Good chance at HYS, particularly H.
