I ran a wider search on "URM exclude AA" with a range of 166-169 and 3.2-3.4. It looks like you're in play for the lower t14 and t20, with harder chances at a handful of schools in that range. I would blanket the T20 and apply to any other T30 schools that make sense for your geographic preferences.

Blanketing the T20 is probably what I'll end up doing. Your search did help me see which schools are more in play, thanks!
