GPA: 3.32, 3.86 over last two years (dean's list for both of them.
LSAT: 166
Softs: TFA

I'm willing to retake if it will make a significant scholarship difference or if it will open up the big three. My only desire is to land in the T13 with a discount.

Also! I'm interested in SEO, and would retake for that alone.

You'll definitely land in the T-13 with money. Retaking for two or three points and getting over the LSAT median at many schools would probably get you more money though. Make sure to submit your apps on the first day you can.
