Yeah, I'm just worried about the 'rolling' part.

especially since we're both in a small market :/ I think you'll be fine honestly and they mentioned for TX that they'd wait for the deposits (for the most part) so they could compare those in their applicant pool

Also, I don't mean to be tactless, but is anyone else here mixed? I'm a white Hispanic URM and talked with the SEO folks at the outset since I identify as Hispanic but not a POC, and they said that's not a problem, but part of me is nervous that (if I get picked) the SEO staff and my firm will be like

If they said it's not a problem, chances are it's not. They spent a lot of time interviewing you.

also lol at the firm being confused - we all uploaded photos and I've seen big firms with white Latinx so, while not really diverse - it's still some diversity

not like I even applied to the DC region, but do you know anything about their stats? life story? how much they made the SEO director laugh?

Congrats to those who got accepted! I'm glad that they are pushing out acceptances fairly early.

(I was on the "let's hear back today" train but it's a hella stressful week so if I'm going to be dinged, let's not do it soon pls)

Last year was calls, too. Congrats to all acceptances. Were y'all all non NYC if you don't mind me asking?? And when did you guys deposit

ETA - I wonder if rejections are emails & acceptances are calls.

I doubt it. Especially if you're in a major city like DC or NYC where they know how diverse Hispanic peeps/latinos can look...
