3.8/157 AA male T-10 chances

I'm sincerely dreading a retake as I have a very demanding work schedule which limits me to about only ~ 2 hours/day of study time.
Softs:
~5 years of unique work experience
solid extracurricular activities/accolades
Hoping to get into the T-10 I figure my LSAT might be holding me back but having "studied" for almost 3 months (again having to work around a very demanding schedule) I managed to get my 157 (was shooting for something in the high 160's) but don't feel like I have it in me to take it again given my grueling work schedule.
Would it be an even greater stretch to even think of getting scholarship money with that LSAT? Let alone admission?
Would greatly appreciate your input!

Literally everyone on this website is going to tell you to retake. A 157 is abysmal with your GPA. Get that LSAT score up and you will have no limits. 3 months is not a ton of study time for most people.

You certainly don't need to retake but you should. Not only will you be able to get into better schools with a 160+ score but you'll get more money from schools. Retake, score in the mid to high 160s = get into harvard = profit = win!
tl;dr: retake, seriously doe.

I remember someone on here with numbers similar to yours (also URM) getting into Cornell, whether they got money is what I don't remember. But you really should retake OP, those 2 hours a day is what you need to make count. It's very possible to increase your score with having a demanding lifestyle like yours, plenty of people do it. Use that GPA and URM status to your best advantage, you'll get better options and scholly money

i had similar stats last cycle (reapplying now) and tbh if you apply early on in the cycle, i bet you could get into Michigan, Cornell and maybe Gtown. with a great PS, you could get WL at Columbia but no $$ if you get in. You really owe yourself a retake though.

Thanks everyone, I really appreciate all the feedback. Taking in the consensus, I now see that I really should retake the exam. I just wonder if ~2months will be enough time to really prep ...

If you don't think you'll be ready for the September write, just push it back to December, that'll give you a good 4 months.
