Disclose. You'll still have a very strong chance of getting into one or more of them. I would guess that you'd still be accepted into at least two of HSCCN. Just spend the money on all of those apps (and the rest of the t14) and disclose.

You likely won't have to disclose at H due to Mass laws on these things. The others you will but it shouldn't be that big of a deal.

Even if the above is true and you needn't actually disclose at H, it may well be more appropriate to disclose because the jurisdiction where you end up getting licensed will probably ask about this and the bar examiners also get a copy of your law school application. Inconsistencies in the disclosures between the your law school app and your character and fitness app are something that bar examiners tend to keep an eye out for.

Ignor this. The H application is very specific in what it asks for and no bar examiner is going to hold it against you for not over-disclosing when the question specifically limits the information you have to give.

Yeah, the point is that you need to disclose what was asked for, not that you need to disclose things that aren't asked for. The bar examiners in whatever state will know what the app asks for. Not answering what wasn't asked isn't a discrepancy.
