I heard that the Supreme Court is re-hearing Fisher's case and AA might get struck down? Is this the beginning of the end for URM students? What the fuck man?! I just made the decision to apply next cycle and fate freaks me nine ways to Sunday. Why is the Supreme Court doing this to us?!

Hey there - let me point you to this post
http://top-law-schools.com/forums/viewt ... 4&t=200437, which explains that debate about affirmative action is limited to one thread on this site, and links to that thread. I can't see any way this thread is going to go that doesn't involve debating the decision in Fisher v. UT, so I'm going to lock it. If you have a more specific question about the application process that involves the case, like potential impact, feel free to start a new thread, but keep in mind that if it veers into discussing affirmative action itself, it will get locked again. Thanks.
