Your graduate work GPA will not be factored into your LSAS GPA which is based solely on your grades earned for your first undergraduate degree.

A deferred adjudication matter will only impact admission decisions at those law schools which require disclosure of such matters.

Of course, an actual LSAT score is needed, but assuming that you score a 165, then, as an AA male, you should apply to all T-14 law schools. You should be accepted to many, probably most, Top 14 law schools barring some issue not revealed in your post above.

If you hit your goal on the LSAT you are pretty much a lock for at least one of HYSCCN, and probably all of CCN and H, YS you can never really tell.

Yeah, I think that I have a good shot and am probably a lock for CCN, simply because a close friend of mine (also an AA male) with basically my GPA and with a sub-165 LSAT just got in everywhere but Y.

Yeah I know of someone similarly who had a 3.8 and a sub-165 who did get Y so it's definitely possible, although this guy had alot of scholarships and pretty noteworthy softs too
