Well, for international applicants without a US/Canadian GPA, I know that the LSAT becomes even more important.
YS might slightly prefer a "Superior" GPA, because they can be so picky. Other than that it won't affect you much.
Obviously being an AA URM will give you a nice boost, but it all really comes down to getting a great LSAT score.
