Would help some, but probably not much. It would probably be a tie breaker between you and someone else, but not something that's going to vault you to the top of the pile.

I had an LOR from the pres. of a CCN and still got rejected. Your numbers have to be at least in the "zone of credibility." I've heard this is less so if your family is a large donor. The best schools typically have the largest endowments and the last thing a law school wants to do is piss off a major donor.

It will only make a difference if your sibling actually went to the law school and even then the boost is probably far less than your URM boost.
