Hi, I just wanted to know if people of Colombian and Cuban descent (75% hispanic/latino) receive any sort of URM boost or qualify as URM?

Make sure you write a diversity statement.TrunksFan1 wrote:So my ethnicity doesn't count for anything then? Darn. lol.
I wouldn't say it doesn't count. But you aren't classified as an URM by law school standards. That is only for people who are African American, Native American, Puerto Rican American and Mexican American respectively. A compelling diversity statement can turn heads in your favor with the proper numbers and if it is concisely written.TrunksFan1 wrote:So my ethnicity doesn't count for anything then? Darn. lol.
