By the way, I really think you're going to have problems at the bar. Taking some years off might go from being a really good idea to an absolute necessity if you ever want to practice law.

Contact the bar in the state(s) you want to practice in and see if you'll pass in 3.5 years. Going to law school makes no sense if you can't become a lawyer.

You should go watch the Alex Johnson video on the Admissions forum - he talks specifically about LSAT scores & URMs. My take is that basically you will not getting the score bump as a URM you might think you should, and applying below the 25th percentile is probably not going to work.
