I say blanket the whole T 14 because you have a killer GPA and a really good LSAT Score. I would take the the chance at applying to Yale and Stanford. I mean the worst they can say is no. Just put your best foot forward, remain confident, and see where your stars align. Good luck...

Apply to the entire T14. Enjoy (more likely than not) HYS.

Thanks a lot, everyone. I was planning on throwing out apps to all of the T14, but I just wanted to get a more realistic idea of how this cycle will turn out for me. All of your replies are extremely encouraging so I'm hoping this goes well. Being accepted to Harvard or Stanford would be beyond my wildest dreams.

We have similar stats, and I've gotten into most of the T-14 thus far, so you should be fine.

Take whatever full ride you get in the T14 and enjoy. However, if you have must go to Harvard enjoy it as well. Congrats!

Such good numbers and softs brother.

Hope to see you at Harvard, where I fully believe you'll have the option to go. (Just prepare really well for the interview.)

Thanks a lot! While we're on the subject, how difficult is the interview for Harvard, just so I know what I may be getting in to?

Ben Reilly wrote:Hi all,

I just got my LSAT results back and I did a bit better than I expected, so I'd like to get a better gauge of where I stand at the moment.
  • Stats:
    Political Science major
4.02 LSAC GPA (Actual GPA: 4.01)
Absent from the December 2010 LSAT (This was before they changed the cancellation date policy)
    160 LSAT from December 2011
167 LSAT from December 2013 (The curve was way more lenient than I thought it would be, so this score is actually within the 94th percentile, although I'm not sure if that makes any difference)
    African-American Male

    Softs:
Managerial experience for about a year
On-air radio disc jockey for a radio station for over three years
    Interned with an election campaign
Some volunteer experience over several years
    Two leadership positions on campus
Currently working in my second full-time job after undergrad

    Possible negative factors:
Graduated from an average state school
Four withdrawals on my transcript. They're non-punitive and didn't factor into my LSAC GPA at all, but they may be worth noting.
Thanks in advance!
I think you're going to get H and good money from CCN. Y and S are harder to tell, but I think Stanford will love your high GPA. There was a guy two cycles ago who applied with similar stats: http://lawschoolnumbers.com/LondonCalling. Best of luck!
