I'm a black male who is a TFA corps member. I graduated from a small state school with a 3.64. I'm working on my masters degree while I am teaching. So I will be complete with my commitment in the spring of 2015. I would want to go to a T3, preferably Harvard Law. Or at least get a full-ride T6. I want to know what are my chances as a black male with a 3.64? What score would I need?

I'm going to preemptively state what everyone else is going to say; you can't "count on" any score. You need to take the test, get a score, and THEN ask us about your chances. Though frankly, a search of the URM forum would likely yield an answer. Also, LSN.

Many more people get into Harvard than get t6 full rides. Harvard becomes a solid possibility once you're over a 164. But that ultimately means nothing because you need to focus on scoring as high as possible. People regularly score much lower than their practice test averages on the real LSAT so as was stated before, come back after you've actually taken the test.
