I'm a first generation American of Jamaican parents and am currently a public school teacher. Sitting for the December lsat and am wondering if I have a chance at t-14 schools. Currently PTing at low 160's/high 150's. If I'm not near high 160's by December I'll push it back. Where should my lsat be to have a chance with this abysmal GPA?

The odds aren't particularly high, but it seems like once you start getting near a school's medians you have a chance (high 160's). Also the profile "footfucker" is most likely fake (the only one to be accepted to a t6).

I know of a non URM who got into Northwestern with work experience and a 179.

It looks as though a 170 (preferably 173+) will get you into at least 1 T14 school, however you must be willing to stay on the waitlist and continue to send LOCIs deep into the summer to get the best results.

Writing a compelling diversity statement will help round out your profile but I wouldn't expect to see a "URM bump" unfortunately.
